We are currently hiring:

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and skid steers.
  • Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation tasks.
  • Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor directions accurately.
  • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections on equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Identify and report mechanical issues or needed repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and crew members.
  • Adhere to all company and job-site safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or site development.
  • Strong understanding of grading techniques and equipment capabilities.
  • Ability to read grade plans and follow instructions accurately.
  • Must be reliable, safety-minded, and punctual.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for site development projects
  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for excavation, utilities, grading, paving, and more
  • Request, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions
  • Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost information
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, and general site construction practices
  • Proficiency with estimating software and/or takeoff tools (Bluebeam, HCSS, Agtek or Insite)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in site development/civil construction (estimating experience required)
  • Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
